You need to make sure you’re getting enough protein. I was killing the workouts and being very restrictive with what I ate and the scale didn’t move for like a month. Once I upped my protein (and introduced ‘good’ fats like avocado) the weight started coming off.

Kirah Girl! That foot mask takes a week to peel then it WORKS. It takes another week for it to fully finish peeling but it's the TRUTH. Everything peels the tops of your foot, toes heel. Just takes time.
