In Conversation With... Marielle Lesperance

Deryck Mitchelson is back for the final interview in our ‘In Conversation With...’ series. In this interview Deryck talks to seven-time World Highland Dancing Champion Marielle Lesperance.
They discuss the differences between face-to-face and online dance classes, something Marielle herself has done with her own teacher for some years. She talks about the special 25-year relationship she has with her teacher Ellen and how thankful she is for her. And, of course, she talks about her time at Cowal, reminiscing on what it feels like to be a first-time world champion and then what it feels like to dance on stage with your idols.
