Tips are good. But I still find it hard to glue these uneven tires (and generally find it hard to glue tires). Yeah, the C-34 looks promising. Looking forward building it ☺️ Thanks a lot for watching, Brent.
Ahhh - the dreaded tyre gluing! I try to avoid this as much as possible, and when I have to do it I always use a rubber type glue that stays a little flexible - then I can always remove the tyres later without destroying the wheels or tyre, if needed. It's not as strong as super glue, but it does the job and doesn't make a mess if over-applied. Anyway, you did it! Always fun watching your videos, mate! :)
Ha ha, yeah, I try to avoid it as much as I can too. My skills are too limited here 😅 Sounds pretty nice with the rubber type glue. Maybe I will be able to find it online or in a store here in Denmark. Great tip, Mark. Thanks!
Hi, Mikael! I use the same glue as you. I think it's pretty good. It seems to me it's effective. It's true that gluing the tires is not necessarily the best time to mount the car. You did well, I'm no better than you. Have a nice weekend PapaMikael 🤴 take care.
Hi Alex. Yeah, not that runny so it’s a bit easier. Still find it hard to glue tires ☺️ Especially these ones. But we live and learn. Thanks a lot, have a great weekend too.
Thanks, Charlie! In theory the super running glue is the best and easiest ... I just never really managed to control it so wanted to try something else. Better control but I will never be a master of this, he he ☺️ Have a great weekend too, Charlie.
Maybe spin the tires on the wheel so they sit good and also the glue spreads? I have never glued tires but I usually spin them to make them sit good in the wheel and that works. Thanks for your videos.
Nice vid Mikael. I don't dislike gluing the tyres too much (apart from gluing my fingers together). I just use the cheap stuff from the £1 shop. The thing I hate is soldering, especially with the thick battery wires. Also I'm not too fond of complicated lexan masking for painting. Anyway best wishes to you for the weekend 😁
Thanks, Pete. Well, gluing tires, masking, painting and soldering are all on my ‘not-to-do’-list. But the feeling afterwards climbing a mountain that one doesn’t really want to climb - and reaching the top (or getting near) is sometimes more rewarding. Although I’m not smiling much during the process 😅☺️
@@NordicRC Top of the list for me is gearbox assembly and also great to build the shocks and get them on the car to stop the suspension arms from flopping about. It's all good really 😁
I like these little wpl trucks i have built about 5 of them, but the c 14 kit i bought did not have any frame rails so i can not build it and to late for a return.
Thanks for the procedure I just happen to receive my first 1/16 Hemet have you been able to find good crawler or Baja style tires as substitute, or any others in the comment section curious on 1.5 ?
Hi bro. Not sure I will get the C-24 let alone the C-24KM. Maybe. I do have the C-34KM that will be on another level than this C-14K. Just need to build it. And glue the tires ... ‘sigh’ 😅
@@NordicRC That's good. I'm so excited at the moment.... My first 17,5t stock race will be in the next three months... And I'm also spending my summer holidays in Denmark... For the first time.
Its always best to use glue with a good tip looks like its working much better than the old glue I need to build a c34 great video Mikael 😎😁👍🏻

Look at the wheel really professionally.i like your video
Not the best job I think 🙂 But at least I did my best and enjoy the hobby ☺️

😁👍 Nice! now they wont bulge off the wheels!
Thank you, Steve. Yeah still not perfect, but at least I can run them without having to mount tires all the time ☺️
great video and nice job gluing the tires
Thank you, bro! Definitely not my thing, but no way around it ☺️
Nice job Mikael with managing the most pain in the ass RC work 😂 I always manage to order super runny super glue 😂 Have a great weekend buddy! 👍

Very nice! Yeah, the C-14K here missed a snorkle too. Better than than the rails though.
I have soft tires on my B16 and they pupped off until installed wheel weights and foams now they just stay in place without glue
Nice. Yeah, foam can certainly help.
well done bro
Thank you! I did my best 😅 And thanks a lot for watching.

Hello Mikael, you should better buy the wpl c24 km kit.
It's better than upgrading the 24k.

@@NordicRC I think so!
Luckily, the race is hold on my "home track", so I can practice a little bit.
That tip looks like a hummingbirds' beak.
Yeah it really does ☺️
Hey don't accidentally. Intravenously, give yourself that.lol
👌
Thank you, Vinicius!
It is clogged up.
Ahh, yes. That was the word I was looking for. Thank you, Brad.
