You have activated my slight infodump card. Miscreoliosis is based off of Scopoliosis. Both are sped up by 4 times, 735 x 4 being 2940 bpm. As far as I know, both are meant to be jokes, and are not serious in any way as they are low effort. Miscreoliosis obviously being a mix of "Miscreancy" and "(Sco)poliosis".
