강정만드는일도 보통 손이 많이 가는게 아니죠..요즘 강정은 예전처럼 딱딱하지 않고 부드럽더라고요..정말 맛있게 만드시네요
저 어릴 때 부모님 두 분이서 겨울이면 직접 강정 만들어주시던게 생각나더라구요~
창고에서 잘 식은 강정 한바가지 가득 꺼내와 겨우내 먹었던 기억이 ㅎㅎ
요즘은 진짜 기술이 좋아 강정이 딱딱하지도 않고 부드럽고 맛있게 잘 만드시더라구요~
전 기본 땅콩 콕콕박힌 쌀강정이 젤 맛나더라구요 ㅎㅎ
