They really love and enjoy creating music, and this recording is a solid proof of that. I mean, all other recording Beatcoms are fun to watch. And it really translates to the final output. You just can feel that the song was made with passion. I am so proud of these boys. 💙
pat, i think you’d enjoy kingdom: legendary war a lot! that was the practice they mentioned here! it was a survival show they joined (along with ikon, stray kids, sf9, the boyz and ateez) and, while the judging was infuriating as expected of contests like this, the relationships you see among the idols were so wholesome and cute that it made up for it! and guess what, btob played a huge role in creating that atmosphere. they were disadvantaged in almost everything but their creativity, their voices and most of all their personality really made them stand out. so much that the show created a whole new generation of melodies, me included 😂
Pat, thanks so much for putting this recording behind on RUclips! This one helped me see that they are doing so much at one time. Kingdom by itself seems like it would be overwhelming because I know they had a lot of input into the song arrangements and stages, let alone practicing to make the stages perfect. On top of the album, Minhyuk also wrote "Show and Prove" for the finale and I'm sure Hyunsik was writing up a storm for the "Be Together" album while he was finishing his enlistment. I'm in awe of the amount of work all of the groups are doing at one time. I'm looking forward to your album reaction because there are some real gems on it.
I'm so proud of them. They have to record this album with very little and hectic time because they are juggling with Kingdom and their own personal schedules. Even Chang got sick but they really pulled through and the album and the song are great. Also, I really thought you knew Peniel was from Chicago. If you discovered them a year ago, you might've seen them live from KCON in Chicago. They performed for two days there and visited Peniel's family. They also toured a little bit. You might've seen they while walking the street. Many Melody did💙

It was the Chicago Kcon btob visited first after their military hiatus completely ended with their 10th anniversary last year. It was to say hi to peniel's family he couldnt see due to covid for 2 years and their US fans. From what I know they stayed at peniel's house for a while. He's a devoted christian who grew up going to the church there with his family haha. He talks abt chicago alot! There's even two beatcom episodes dedicated to them travelling in Chicago!! And they never settle for anything less..even though the recording seemed ok and perfect..they won't stop until they know that it's the perfect tone or pitch or sound.
