@@ImSoWoke Dallas had him playing guard the whole time . Maybe Dallas should have been able to realize he could play center , because he was not good at guard while here
Zeke was one of the best Backs in the League for his first two years. After that his stats went straight downhill.
Turned out great. They got the player they projected to get and traded down 5 picks to do it
Not knocking the pick and the extra draft capital is nice but we need to address the run game in day 2. If you have a "bulldozer" type center with Smith and Martin. The run game will improve. Barton, Torrance, Linderbaum all fit that bill similarly. The runningback doesn't have to be Bo Jackson if you run block like you should
I feel like i can wait on runningback. Good depth there. Interior lineman and linebacker is higher on my list. Estime, lloyd, Davis, Wright, Benson, Allen,etc..... a few of these guys will be there later.

The ins and outs of the NFL draft have an amazing way of making fans forget about how awful the Cowboys are when it counts, and always will be as long as the Jones family runs the show. It is a soft organization that beats up on crap teams and gives up against good teams. They suck everyone’s energy for the fall and winter and just collapse in the playoffs, almost as if playoff football is not worth making an effort. This goes back years and years (remember Romo going on a big fishing voyage before the playoffs against NY when Dallas had the 1 seed???). The entire draft, and all the constant talk is the most ridiculous hooking of fans to get them to forgive , forget , and come back and give Jerry more of their money for more of the same ol same ol .
Hey.... Overall this was an excellent interview!! And im saying that after day 2 of the draft... And the Cowboys did extremely well!!! Do we need a solid running back?!!! Yes we do. But overall we did great. O-line is gonna be solid for awhile

Agreed. There were some mocks out there that had him early day 2. Guyton is more of a pass protector than a run blocker.. I want a day 2 run blocking center or guard with flex
They better not take Brooks... Last year's RB fiasco was enough "Turns out Vaughn is too small.. Lets try a RB with a torn up ACL" 2 screw ups in a row eh? .. They hate being solid. Brooks was not the best RB in the class when he wasn't injured.
Brooks is going to be ok. Benson tore his knee up too.

@@venom4597 That's what they said about Steele .. turns out Steele had a horrible year and whether he'll return to former form.. is yet to be determined. The moral of the story is RISK .. and this is a time you Don't take it. Benson has already proven he's back .. it's not the same. Where is Michael Gallup right now ?? Unemployed, he never returned to form after his injury.
So tired of all the U of Texas boosters and their runningback/false tales of greatness. Last year they were trying to crown Bijan Robinson as a "generational talent".. Far from it. How did Bijan do his 1st year in the NFL? 4.6 yds/carry which is worse than Pollard who averaged 5.3 yds/carry his rookie year.
@@OmahaSand Falcons did a RB committee last year. That’s why he’s under 1000 yds. I’m sure most teams would take him over whoever they got now lol! Benson from FL State tore his knee and he never got 1,000 yds in college. I’m sure he will be fine too just like Brooks.
