Digitally Sign using CAC Certificates

My certificates bar at the top is all grayed out except for certify, it won't let me add any signatures.

If you are preparing this form as a blank form but you want the signature block to remain blank so that others can sign. Just digitally sign it then clear signature by right clicking. Then the block remains blank ready to sign.
