no, DEMs are not possible in GEE, something to do with GEE not handling the complex numbers or for other reasons,

Great work but can we find voids underground by this method or we must continue in other program??
I may not be able to reply this.
But, if penetration is concerned C band is not capable. This is probably possible through L band or other long bands. You should further search L or P band. May be that helps. There is L band dataset in earth engine.

Sure, noted.
If you in the quick need for the answer, it is I think you are searching the way to plot the data - which is selecting the band and drawing the graph. This can be easily done as demonstrated in earth engine guides (charts section).
If it is also about to understand and explore more about the data itself, I will try to search more and try to create something.
