Nah- its better to be a dragon ball only story. I liked how it connected to dragon ball games and brought characters like android 21, and cumber. Mira and towa could be introduced but seeing people like zoro being able to "cut through a god of destruction" like butter is goofy.
balance them out example Luffy can match Goku or Vegeta at some point but not with the powers that Goku & Vegeta are presented to have,Luffy could be on par with them in his last form and only if ssj blue is heavily lowballed. in Narutoverse everyone should be even lower according to the "tricks" the can do using ki,versus either saiyans with such ki mastery they should fall easily no mattter what.

I like the return of goku and vegeta but the other characters that you bring from others anime , that idea i dont like at all , i want only dragon ball heroes,super ,z ,etc ,but that is my opinion
