This is the first half of Watadou Special Video. The second half is when they finished filming and (sadly) it has shorter interview and mostly flashbacks. Still planning to upload it but I'll probably translate only the essential portions.
Disclaimer: Please take note that the translations aren't 100% accurate. Also, there are parts that I can't translate. Usually, I could only translate those with Japanese texts. I really love this story it's interesting. As I viewer I need more episode, 8 eps too short for this great drama. Please continue the eps and show about their wedding, their world of married.... This is the best japanes couple and the best story drama of Japan that I ever watch. The story was great, and the case also so lovely and great. Im Indonesian Im so in love in this drama, I need more eps please...

I learned about Minami Hamabe after watching her performing as Yumeko Jabami in the live action version of Kakegurui. She appears to be a very good actress.

Now that you've mentioned it, they do have some resemblance especially in Kakegurui.

Just finished watching this wonderful drama! After watching this video, i started to wonder if they really kissed or there are some kind of trick? I hope so, well they have face shields. I love their chemistry but i did not expect to see Minami in a kissing scene nooo😭anyway thanks for the video!
You're welcome 🤗 Hmm.. I think they did kiss. Can't imagine of a trick they'll use to illustrate those scenes. That'll be too magical if there is 😅 What's surprising is that before the drama started, they said there won't be kissing scenes or there'll be less but lo and behold, it's full of it lol. Minami said in her interview that her manager recommended the work to her thinking it's the right time for her to do it. I guess she's up for the challenge and, since she's about to turn 20 that time, she's even more keen to try something she never did before 🙂

@@IzzaJoy I see 💞 Tbh, I haven't watched much Japanese melodrama 😅 But I remember from others' reviews, you might wanna try "Guilty" or "Meet Me After School"? Haven't really watched them though 😅 Not sure if they also qualify but perhaps, "Last Friends" and "N no Tame ni"? But both are old Jdramas 😁 I think it's pretty rare for such themes to have young actors like Minami and Ryusei to star in. Hope this somehow helps 😅🥰

Yes, the pandemic has just began during the time they started filming (March 2020) so everyone was extra careful. Also, it was explained in the other video that their face shield is customized that way so as to keep the hairstyle intact, especially for Minami whenever she dresses up in kimono/yukata 😊
Yes, what sakuracamelia89 said. Also I remember Ryusei (the ML actor) contracted the virus in the early or mid 2020 (thank god he recovered from it), so they're taking extra precaution.
