- Sonja's trajectory wasn't looking good, after getting a Hashimoto's diagnosis, multiple medication prescriptions and a life of barely functioning existence. After reading Dr Joe's book, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, Sonja was able to reset her path by learning how to change patterns using self-awareness and meditations.

So true that if we knew in advance our healing would be forgiving our abuser, we wouldn't do it! How I clung to my anger and self righteousness until after 60 years old! I'm free now and am delighted to see Sonja free at a much earlier time in her life. Let's keep getting free younger and younger until we have a such a great number of free people that we can teach everyone how to be free of blame, pain, anger and experience forgiveness, compassion, humility and joy. Blessings to all of us creating heaven on earth.

This came to me at just the right time, as I’m healing from an autoimmune diagnosis too. I’ve been doing the work for 11 months and have experienced subtle changes to my health after a virtual coherence healing, however I still struggle with surrendering and believing in myself. I’m in the same place. I feel like I’ll never get to a workshop and that the healing is for others, not for me. I did a meditation today and it spoke about what we don’t want to be and what beliefs we need to let go of. It’s so hard but I am inspired by these testimonials

I have seen positive changes and also a couple of set backs due to my husband being diagnosed with cancer. I ask for feeling worthy of being healed. All these people are just like us, they just decide to believe the teaching and do the meditations. The hardest thing is letting go and trusting the universe. Remember healing is for everyone, just as most of us manifested our dis-eases. Believe 🌈

everytime someone says they have hashimotos i recommend joe dispenza testimonials to them
Does anyone know how to forgive? I say the words but the past still plays itself in my mind, then my anger towards this person comes back. I have read breaking the habit and use the words 'change' but that just stops those thoughts temporarily. It only buries them rather than releases them.
I want to forgive completely where this person and any history is out of my psyche for good. I no longer want to hate because it's draining me, I want to reclaim my energy back
thoughts are often a byproduct of emotional suppression. doing dr joe’s breath work has let me release so much trauma from my body and ive been doing it for about 2 hours every day for the past three days and I already feel so much better. so you can release your unforgiveness for this person through the breath or just set the intention in your meditation to release this emotion because it no longer serves you.

In fact what is Dr jo do is Islamic practice but in a scientific base, in other words , he talk science instead of religion, because people in the west have asthmatic problem with religion. Simply back to religion- any religion but Islam last modified version based on evolution- back to religion and practice it in right way as Quran and prophet Mohamed have explained.
Religion is man made and excludes. Science is all inclusive. If Mohammed married a 9 year old it makes him something and it’s not called a scientist. Any science Islam got they stole from the Hindus.
