Hi guys I wanted to ask if this gear with the perk it heals the other survivors because I don't know if it heals only your avatar but it doesn't heal the others and instead of healing the others it gives you speed boost but maybe it heals the other players too?

I dont think the perk i getting nerfed. If the killer wants to get you and you cant loop him, he will get you. In my opinion it's just balanced (second wind it's not)

Aila. Murch medi pack is easy to fight against if you have brain

The murch one is made more for looping and the aila one is made for roaming

Alias medi gel is better, you get a huge speed boost. It's basically stim perk but faster and it lasts longer. The murch medi pack is not that good. It can easily be countered.
