In this class, we’ll close the gap between the air and the floor. We’ll work on loops and combos low on the pole that will make your flow continuous and seamless.
Low pirouettes, slides, jumps, shoulder rolls & stands, spins, diamond rolls...You’ll discover different ways to link these building blocks together. With this, you’ll have the tools and ideas to create your own sequences.

May I ask which knee pads you use/where they are from?
Sure! The brans is Bunheads and you have to google and see if there‘s an online shop in your country that sells them. I don‘t think the brand has its own online shop
