  • My West Coast Warrior Brother Sifu Kwazi Kwaz, Creator of Kung Fu Khronicles was so gracious to recently invite me to do a podcast interview where the Spotlight was Yours Truly! In this interview, we cover a variety of topics including my humble beginnings in the Martial Arts as a young African American girl which began in the 1970's in the inner city of my hometown, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, nearly 50 years ago. We cover topics like my competition days, my law enforcement career, my book "GLIMPSES OF THE WARRIOR WITHIN; MY JOURNEY OF DISCOVERING I AM ENOUGH".. .and much more. I really enjoyed our high energy, entertaining and relaxed conversation and I am sure you will as well. His well-timed inserts and footage is AMAZING!!! Please follow him and Subscribe to his dope "Kung Fu Khronicles" RUclips Channel so you can learn about (and stay informed on) some Awesome disciplined Martial Artists that have been in the game for a while that you may or may not have heard about before. Thanks again for watching and sharing. Peace Warriors!

Classic content! Loved seeing sensei Warren photos then and now. I remember Sensei Sabir being a much larger man. But I that was almost 30 years ago.
