I like this a lot because the rain sound here is different than most of the videos on youtube and picture gives me good vibes.
To me, it sounds more like sleet than like rain.

I'd be on that sofa, big blanket over me facing the window. Don't wake me till I wake up.
One of my enduring memories is when I was a child of 4 or 5. I was in bed and the wind was driving heavy rain against the window panes and I could hear the wind whistling past the house as I fell asleep. Strange how memories are formed out of insignificant events such as a rain storm.
My earliest "nature sound" memory is wind blowing softly in the trees in a forest, I think I was 5 at the time, & the crackling of twigs & leaves & gravel underfoot in that same forest. I loved it then & I love it now. A few years later, age 8 or 9, I became aware of the sound of rain & how cozy I felt indoors during a rain storm. I love nature sounds (well, except thunder; that hurts my ears).
I have the same memory! I feel so safe and comfortable listening to this beautiful rain sound! ☔🌧️🫂
The swaying of the tree outside...the christmas tree...the cozy looking sofa...the sound...a writer’s haven. Sighh
Oh yeah.
This is a refreshing change of scenery in the world of ambience. Not many videos have a Christmas tree and fog with thunder. The sound seems more real than other ambience videos. I even thought I heard a bug buzz by at one point.

This is just the best ambience ever, so basic and so real, the sort-of ordinary and yet so comfortable and welcoming furnishings in an apartment that looks like it could be your best friend's place, the softness of the lighting and the muted colors that blend into each other, especially in the misty outdoors outside the windows, the relaxing sounds of the ups and the downs of the rain, the perfectly gentle swaying of the trees and even the grasses outside the windows, this is just perfection, nothing that looks fake, nothing jarring, nothing dramatic, just perfection.

This living room is sublime. So warm and ADORE the expansive window. Would love to have windows like that to just relax and stare out at the gorgeous rain. We’ve had an endless drought here in so California so I miss rain so much. Is this an actual living room and do u pick the rooms . Your taste in design and color is impeccable. Thank you so much. I’ve tried different ambience videos to help me fall asleep and this has to be my favorite! The realistic rain, heavy enough to be clearly heard while not being disruptive or harsh sounding. The sound here is just right, and very calming. The soft running of rainwater in the background with the drops on the windows… man. I have ADD and anxiety which can make it hard to stop thinking enough to fall asleep at night. Some of these videos online have music that’s just too loud over the rain for me , and the ones with crackling fire just made me think of mice or something crunching in the walls. But this is the perfect white noise for sleeping! Very good vibes, thank you!

I like this video. Ironically I live in Seattle where we get plenty of rain but I also live in the city. So some time with you and when it's pouring down rain you can't hear the rain because of the city noise like trucks and cars and sirens. So when it's raining outside which heavy like in this video I played as video along with the rain outside. The things we do for a peace of mind.

Ugh, I miss living in a warehouse loft. Anyone else watching from Houston? Used to live east of downtown before the Dynamo stadium, when those old brick warehouse lofts with a balcony overlooking the skyline were $850 a month!

zeta beta zeta zeta beta hi - I used to struggle with depression too. Even had thoughts of killing myself. Untill one day in 2012 I asked God to show me if He existed, because I couldnt take it anymore. And to my shock, He showed me He was real and that Jesus Christ truly is the only way, truth and life. Since that the moment I accepted Jesus into my life, I never experienced this heavy depression anymore.
And I asked God to send me people on my way who struggle the same way(either in real life or online) , so I can tell them that Jesus Christ can set them free. Just ask Him , you will see for your self. God bless you
