Not keen on the LEDs for the same reason. Bit of a gimmick. But it would be fine as a backup mouse. I am hoping to repair my tracker ball mouse because I love it but for now I am relying on the mouse from my CCTV system. If I have to replace the tracker ball mouse I definitely will be getting another - so much more convenient when the thing can just sit in one place.
worst mouse i've ever used and i've used A LOT of different types and brands. i'll just say 5 dollar mice beat this one by a mile. i'd smash this one on the wall but i have no other replacement atm. worst thing ever. also that led light is pure bs. i used zelman mouse that would have different color depending on the pointer speed, but this is just for it to be even more kitschy. avoid at all costs!!!!!!! it looses contact all the time, only solution is to literally hold receiver next to the mouse which is quite pointless for a wireless mouse -.- it wakes my computer from sleep all the time even if i set all power management settings to off, it is way too light for it's size and precision is so bad, i played with options for days and it still feels as if i have parkinsons disease while using it. and the mouse pad that came with it was damaged. so, fu** trust, i won't be buying any of their bullcrap ever again.
@@TheOffGridFamily i'm fantasizing on smashing it with a hammer, that's how bad it is :D I miss my Zalman ZM-M401R, it worked fabulously for years (a bit smaller but i got used to it very quickly). if i could afford it rn, i'd definitely buy another one. Also, the design was so awesome, i still miss it hehe. Cheers!

It's nowhere near as bad as the Asda mouse I brought the other day but it's not fabulous. I agree with a lot of what you say
