Dont be afraid to let some tears out. Crying helps relieve stress and emotions and motivate you. Be afraid of the "tears" that are inside, the tears that cant be shed and stay inside forever.
So all this determination building up cut off by a life changing / ruining ad ;) We will have to step up all over again and face this adversity that this ad just brought. But I agree RUclips should rethink their business model we are no longer in 1990 there are other ways to make money than cold annoying ads I hope they find their solutions
As a 19 year old who’s been overweight most of my life I needed this video. I have not accomplished much in my life, but to every standard I do not live a difficult one. This video showed me how good I actually have it. And how much I must improve myself. I’m going to lose the weight. I’m going to be able to post a photo on Instagram without being self conscious about my weight. I’m going to be able to support my mother and my family as I grow older. I’m going to do it all. Update: I’ve been going really hard in the gym these last couple months, was hitting amazing strides but then COVID hit and shut everything down, minor setback and now I’m on a major comeback. When I was in hospital 11 years ago my mother looked over at those people in rehab who had lost limbs & were training to do things again as she reminded me that there was someone worse off than me. Regardless of what I was told I would get better again !!! Yes I did too !!!! After you take those first few steps, anything is possible.
