He correctly told Dean: "Your problems are always the most important." No one took pity on him, not even Dean, they didn't help him, they only demanded, demanded, demanded of him. And if he could not or did not want to do something, what the same Dean considered the most faithful or what Dean wanted, then Cas was called a "traitor" and he was expelled from their circle of friends. In fact, Dean demanded independence from Cas, not to obey God, but de facto it meant to obey Dean. And in the end, how did it end? Cas gave his life - his eternal and infinite life - for Dean. He just died like a normal soldier. No one was even particularly worried about it. As Cas was something like a sword, he remained. It's horrible. I always only his character was so jelly.
And also i had the idea that Castiel was destined to be the ultimate hunter "no matter what". While Dean and Sam had his own like Angels for humanity , Cas was more to the people in between : hunters
