All the chips with no markings were most likely for use at the roulette tables. The colors were more for player identification, and one of the croupiers (dealers) was keeping track of how much each chip was worth in actual money; be it .25 or 1.00 or even 10.00 each.

This is the difference between chips and "cheques", though everyone just calls them all chips. "Cheques" in a casino have designated monetary value.

The locations you find can't be beat, bigger balls than other explorers, yep.

This is sick. They left a bunch of computer equipment and servers behind. Hope they took the drives out. Might be some valuable intel there. I’d think it would all be encrypted but you never know.

I dont get why they would just abandon the ship with millions of dollars of equipment left behind and many other things worth a load of money why not try to save anything possible and sell it all so someone else can use it all then abandon the ship

    • @Urbex_Offlimits

Probably a lawsuit or legal issues

It's not been abandoned, it's been sold and will be scrapped. Everything has been payed for at scrap value, still worth millions until the local arsewipes get in and start to trash it.

I have never seen a cruise ship with standard commercial building finishes. Things like a standard T-bar drop ceiling, Fire alarm system, metal framed fire doors, and even American Exit signs. I realize all ships have variations of these things, but usually you see maritime versions. Doors are a little lighter, exit signs are more internationally universal, and ceilings are usually tin panels.
Usually, you can kinda tell when you are looking at a ship interior, but this just looks like a standard building. Not sure why this is so intriguing to me.

It breaks my heart to see all those decks of cards that so easily could have been donated to old folks homes, community centers, homeless shelters, etc to give them something to do tathere then rot away in a decaying cruise ship. And don't get me started on all the charities that could use the big screen monitors all over the ship. So much unrecyled gold in all those circuit boards

When they grounded that ship I'm sure the crew that's going to dismantle it went thru it as well with great detail, plus all the other people who did what you were doing as well. The crew did the same thing before leaving the ship after the last cruise. I know, you can only hope,
