The one thing that AirTable is missing is that I was hoping Smartsuite would have, is the ability for the public (non users or signed in) to be able to click a button, allowing a field to be updated. Now it has to be a button that links to a survey. To my knowledge it’s the same with interfaces. While Smartsuite’s assignee and contributor are great for folks who are signed in and paid, it prevents some use cases for sharing pages with the public and allowing them to click a button. If you have any thoughts on how to get the public to use buttons or interface with the data outside of Softr or others like it would love know. I definitely think Smartsuite is moving in a great direction. As always your videos are gold, and you are a treasure. 😊
I am slowly being won over to Smartsuite with every video that you make lol. I know I don't need to be changing systems again though, smh sigh...The only thing keeping me at AirTable is their interface. I had been waiting for it for forever because this is the functionality I had been waiting for in an app - the ability to fully customize how things look. I'd love that in the SmartSuite. It seems like I might be able to do it somewhat by linking dashboards from different solutions into one solution. But the dashboards need more widgets in order to compete with AirTable's interface features.

Imagine a dashboard that is capable of showing multiple grid views from various solutions. Each widget will be a fully functional grid, with editable cells, filters, grouping etc. Please, stay tuned for more goodies :)
