I didn't like the EP, it's not bad, I loved onefour for their hard drill songs and the EP didn't have any
Yh going into the EP with that ear does maybe lessen it. Lee goes deeper tho. And Dutch says more than a lot on the tbh. It's not too different but I won't say I don't like just I'm neutral on it
The ep was fire, especially heartless and yps interlude. They cant stay on drill forever but theyre still speaking their shit.
Ep wasnt that great. Onefours at its best over drill beats and the whole crew as well. Yp is missed deeeearly
@@johnjohn3668 yeah i think without lekks and yp its pretty tough to keep up with standards and they dont want to slip up
The way Spenny lifted to actually keep OneFour banging and the way he moved up to Jem's level says a lot about the talent and potential in the group. Once yp and lekks come back you will have 4 certified talents, two of which held the fort during hard times like legends and in fact kept LEVELING even through these tough times. The OneFour story just keeps "getting better and better".
And like you said Lee, their success means a lot for the communities and cultures they represent. This is a huge moment in Aussie rap history, the polynesians/islanders have really did a paradigm shift in aussie hip hop. This is music history type stuff we are witnessing.
The one and only reaction we waiting for when it comes to OneFour and Drill.
