With Hakuno, you need to keep rerolling with a pool of 15 cards if you're running a full front line and Hakuno can eventually run out of NP before you can get a good hand. Meanwhile Bunnytoria can choose one servant to exclude their cards from, reducing the pool of face cards to 10 and guaranteeing a brave chain to happen plus she gives a good crit buff on top of that. They both have their own niches. To sum it up: Bunnytoria has more consistency and influence over the cards with the single use of her skill while Hakuno allows for multiple attempts. The downsides to both are that Bunnytoria can guarantee a brave chain but it might not be for the servant you want, and Hakuno can't guarantee anything if the RNG is bad and you can completely run out of NP (like how the video shows multiple attempts at using the skill before getting a good hand and getting close to empty).
I like how they're adding more skills to help relieve face card rng. Though I hope that doesn't mean np dmg resist spam on future enemies. Also her little laugh with Gil is really cute

There are two YGO cards Hakuno's card manipulation rng reminds me of: Reload and to a lesser degree Magical Mallet (if you choose to shuffle uour entire hand to the Deck, that is).

The limiting factor is NP charge which might feel a bit wasteful if you use servant skill batteries on what's supposed to be an esport support. Best case scenario is that Hakuno gets it pretty early on and your servant gets a good crit turn. Worst case, they run out of NP and you have to reset anyways. They could save people a lot of AP by needing less resets but it would still depend on luck.
In theory it's better than BB + ciel.. Since you can utilise two supports instead of one like with ciel + BB combo. For regular farming I think ciel + BB is better.
I'm just thinking of slapping a Kscope on each Hakuno and just using them to let a third Servant spam brave chains for shits and giggles. I'd call it "BB Summer at home" but with 30+ available rerolls and all those stars it might be better?
this could be a top tier support servant. the loss from double meta caster could be negated by pure chains face cards. have super orion or other crit servant and go to town. get a art np nuke and triple art to get your np back against single targets. get on attack buff or debuff servants to get more buffs/debuffs. i can see a lot of potential here. if you can taunt meta kill meta support that may be quit strong.

There is a different of like 100% crit dmg and 150% buster effectiveness between the art crit and the buster crit Buster also have the 1.5 base card dmg multiplier and that final buster card is also in the last position of the card chain Multiply all that up and the different of like a 4x isnt that wild
