- High tide and the start of Storm Dudley here in Blackpool, gosh it was a bit nippy out. Though not as windy as I expected.

That whole headland is an awesome piece of engineering. Ten years ago you had twenty foot waves crashing over the wall and flooding the road and buildings.
Yes, a few years back we wouldn't just have a few waves to deal with, like you say roads etc flood for fun.

Wow bloody brilliant love watching the sea so angry what you done to upset it 🤣🤣 it’s the best ocean to see angry or like a mill pond I love the taste of the salt on the lips and it’s so good for your skin it’s truly unbelievable how the tide comes in and goes out really did enjoy that thanks hope your toothy pegs are sorted 😊 till the next one

I love them too Sheila, to be fair it was not too windy at high tide this morning. Though the storm is due to fully hit us overnight I think. Maybe Storm Eunice will bring more fun on Friday lol x
@@CarolineJamesVlogs the wind in my part of Scotland started about 3pm and its pretty bad now! I was reading some parts of England have 100mph winds! 😱

Yeah my mic does very well with the wind. I love this type of weather to be fair, I would rather be out in a storm over a hot day anytime x

Good afternoon Caroline thanks for venturing out in that weather for us it's been very wet and windy here in Wishaw today i think we've to get the worst of it at about 6pm i booked up for Blackpool on the 30th April and the 1st and 2nd of May then 24th 25th and 26th of September

@@Severon1965 oh no not good, sorry to hear about that. I love the high tides and waves. Living next to the sea give me the chance to get some fabulous photos during these storms xx
@@Severon1965 yeah its not good for that sadly, but photographers will be photographers, and other than the damage caused to our homes etc, we love it. My car was hit by a falling tree during a lightning storm in Yorkshire years ago, typical photographer got out of my car through the back and sent photos to the news agencies lol x
