This song literally makes me feel better after listening to it a thousand times. It totally reminds me of the shit I went through with my ex and it clicked, why hold on to something that wasn't good? We all fuck up at times but in life, we have to live with it and move on so we don't prevent it from happening again. Thank you Edsel for the best music you make!

ive been listening to dope for a long time and this is precisely the kind of track they'd come out with. not surprised by it idk why people think it's deviating from their tone. it sounds like their stuff from earlier albums.
Felons and Revolutionaries came out when i was 15. I have so many vital and powerful memories of your music. I appreciate how much ya'll put into your music. I still listen to this day.

regardless of how a song sounds in comparison to another is beside the fact, if you love a band, it's about how they've evolved their music, constantly keeping up to what you loved first, but also changing their sound, dope has been a band that has changed and inspired me since I heard their first album, and I've been waiting hand and foot for their next album, nobody has ever done a remake as well as them other than Marilyn Manson, their creativity and ability to adapt and evolve is astounding, Dope is as sick as ever, and will continue to be so

@@tovesz There's reason to believe he is. I know a lot of people can sound a lot like this guy, such as early Bullet For My Valentine or so it's been said. Though nobody would be surprised if the man would be singing for Static-X as 'Xer0', and it's not like it's a bad thing either. So far I'm more convinced that this guy is that specific singer because of what he said about photoshop. It may be easy to photoshop something in, indeed. However, it's also easy to enhance or change a tattoo, or tattoo over it. I noticed in the comparison picture and those tattooed look like it was changed, I can see the resemblance between them. To top it all off, he suspiciously covers those specific part of the body where he not only has that specific neck tattoo, but to where he covers his hands as well to a certain extent to where the gloves are fingerless, or they could be arm warmers or something. Nevertheless they cover up his knuckles where he had "Dope" tattooed on it [which honestly just looks painful, thinking of the process]. To where the comparison picture did not have his hand covered. Though it showed the exact same hand that seemed to have the rest of his hand tattooed, it's really obvious how he covers it up. Hell, even their voices are similar. I don't know what stops him or, if it's not him, Xer0 to identify themself/himself to really just stop all the confusion. We get it, Wayne Static died. A true fan, even some lower fans, friends, family, acquaintances, everybody that probably wasn't his enemy truly misses him. Though it's time to move on, and whoever this mystery singer is he's doing a great job at singing. We are to accept the things we cannot change. If you don't move on, it only gets worse in almost any given way possible. In the words of Edsel Dope seems a bit aggressive for something that should be taken as a false accusation to his eyes. Using words of him; nobody threw "virtual tomatoes" at Wayne Static's death, nobody "spewed their ignorant, hateful words towards something that is so incredibly personal." Now I don't know what he could be going on about if people actually did this, nor do I know where it came from. However, I do know that he's looking on the darker side of gray, and should rather see the people that support the band, him, Wayne Static, and the whole plan of the memorial itself. Finally, who's to say people wouldn't embrace the fact that Edsel Dope is the person behind "Xer0's" mask?

Badass! First heard of Dope many years ago on the radio doing an interview, right around the time before the "Life" album came out, they played a few songs from the CD. I was hooked from that point on. It's awesome to finally get BLOOD MONEY after all these years of patiently waiting ;)
This track is outstanding, and different for Dope. I love the thrash vibe, and solos.

i've listened dope like 8 years, it was my first rock/metal band ever i listened to. my dreams was allways to buy ticket for consert. i've loved every damn album from 99 to 2016. some of songs are little more rock like sing and this one and... what ever. i still love every song. maybe little more heavier ones but still. favourite song: deponaire :3

I've always loved Dope's softer songs Easier is my favorite softer song but Hold On is soon to be on my top ten favorite tracks and the message that this song is trying to say is something everyone can relate to. I agree. All of their albums previously were thoroughly enjoyable, though they are constantly evolving with their musical style. We've waited 7 years, so I think it will paint a clearer picture of how/ if the band has evolved in that time and which direction they are taking. hopefully it will be a good album regardless
