7 do's for effective communication
1) Seek Allah's help
2) communicate with wisdom ( think before we speak, choose words wisely and speak at the right time)
3) start conversation softly (greeting salam, smile, use kind words, praise, shake hands and express love)
4) listen actively (undivided attention, eye contact, show empathy and validation)
5) pay close attention to our tone, volume, facial expression and body language
6) be clear (use different modes of communication)
7) be respectful ( avoid criticism)

Great message, I read the book' How to win friends and influence people by Dale Carnegie and I can honestly say that' whatever I read from that book was in the Koran and Hadeth which was revealed long time ago, Subhanallah.
I feel so peaceful hearing you MashaAllah you talk so nicely. This is the beauty of Islam. It was so helpful bcoz I always try to communicate and listen but I wasn't aware of my words thats why people r not interested to share their feelings with me.. now I understand my problem. Am a new fan of yours and am loving everything I have been listening to
I found out thru commercial dna services to find my roots. Im 50% european jewish accuracy 99 %. Now im confused. The most confused grew up lutheran christian. But now jewish roots makes me feel special. Like i could somehow be of the "chosen tribes" or somehow have lineage to the prophet muhammad pbuh. I have been leaning towards islam
... It just speaks to my soul... May God help me find my way.
