Hello Divya, there is ah9igh chance that you are trying to publish in the PlugXR App and not in the Own AR App option which is only available on subscription. If you have published your experience in the PlugXR App, then you can find your experience in the developer option in PlugXR App when you log in with the same credentials.
We are compatible with Vuforia, AR Core, AR Kit, and AR Foundation. PlugXR does not control the SDK part and gives full access to anyone having an SDK license. The SDK license is not inclusive in the subscription as well. You can connect with sales@plugxr.com for more support.
sorry I'm new , just few questions if you have time after you create the app you are like the owner and admin for this app you have to pay someone like a the websites, and how about if a lot people download the app let say millions you need to do something special for it like more memory or something like that

No, we support only the .glb files. OBJ, FBX, GLTF, GLB, DAE, STL - these are the formats that we support.
