First thing, go to power level. There is no power level button. There's a set clock button with that 3 second THING under it. You hold it for 3 seconds and where the numbers are goes blank, you punch in the time and you're supposed to hit the power level button again, which isn't there so you hit the set clock button with the little click that says 3 seconds, and that's to set AM or PM. You hit it again and it changes the time to 12:13. Now you have to start all over. I tried at least 30 times and it never did work.
Not sure why it works for everyone else and not you. I would imagine if you do t have a power level button then this is not your model or make of microwave. What is your model and make?

How do you switch from 24 hour to 12 hour clock?
Press the clock and the zero button at the same time
Mine won’t give me an am/pm option, it will allow me to put in time then says press start. It keeps going to military time.

What manual. I got a piece of paper in a jillion languages. Also ripped the cardboard thing because they said nothing about it. Ridiculous no info
