I still don’t quite understand why, if Jesus is on the earth during the millennium, there would need to be the sacrifices. Why isn’t the sacrifice that He did ONCE FOR ALL sufficient?
Jacque Baldassare Great question, I wonder the same thing and never get an answer it seems that they don't answer questions they either don't like or don't want to think about.
The book of Ezekiel is in the Old Testament, before Jesus. Animal sacrifice is intended as preparatory to the comparing of the lamb. This is not a sermon on the book of Ezekiel in as much as it is used to launch into the New Testament. I wish he would talk about the book and not immediate leave the book for all things Jesus.
The sacrifices done in Ezekiels temple (millennial temple) is for the Jews to look back on the all the sacrifices that looked forward to the cross.....just as the church now looks back on the cross when we celebrate the Lords supper. The people going into the millennium will still need to accept what Christ did and repent. The sacrifices at this time in the future are NOT for repentance. Only as a remembrance.

This question is directly addressed in the Bible study previous to this one. Watch Ezekiel 43 Part 2.
@@onefeather2 that’s because they’re lying to you, Jesus did not die for our sins!!!!

I wish I could see what everyone else is seeing
I've seen enough. You do not even adhere to the Second Commandment, how can I trust you to keep the Ninth Commandment?

"The book of Ezekiel is in the Old Testament, before Jesus."
Were the events described in Ezekiel 40-48 supposed to take place before Jesus?

Why not?
@@mmewilson this is supposed to be a Christian church so why the minora. Has nothing to do with Christ at all quite the opposite in fact.

@@jmiahrealone The menorah is a picture of the church and of Christ. The menorah is seen in the book of Revelation. The seven churches.
