if you would bought a computer set up at the end of your vid it would let you clean up for some reason devs have it set to where you got do things in order at start up once you get through that it lets you do what ever you want to I agree tho you should be able skip tutorials havent seen anyone having the problems you had cause everyone who follow the tutorials has full store and cafes working
