I once had a partner, cough, who solved this problem by adhering to the sage advice of never take a losing finesse. On one hand he propelled himself to 6NT after bidding diamonds 58 times during the auction. He took 13 tricks after finessing spades twice and dropping the K third. He never touched the diamond suit. We got a 12 on the board which prompted me to go find a hand record. The diamonds were xx opposite AQJT98. That finesse didn't work. Though after the first spade hook the hand looked like it might be a legit squeeze with, perhaps, a Vienna coup ...
After flying Corporate jets at TEB for over 20 years this is the worst case of pilot performance I’ve seen there. This guy is a menace. OH. WHEN 19 is the active LANDING runway at TEB, 24 is 99.9% of the time used for takeoffs! He could have created a catastrophic collision. My blood pressure is up watching this. Whew!
