He has an intellect which is mind blowing but he can not conversate with a local mindset as engineer sb. has done. Qaisar is more of an emotional driven person where he neglects a lot of important things that exist in our society whereas engineer is blunt and far sightedness. یک مرتبہ حضرت حبیب بن زید انصاریؓ (حضرت ام عمارہؓکے فرزندِدل بند) یمامہ کے علاقے سے گزر رہے تھے۔ مسیلمہ کو اس کی اطلاع ملی۔ مسیلمہ نے انہیں اپنے پاس بلایا اور کہا: کیا تو گواہی دیتا ہے کہ محمداللہ کے رسول ہیں؟ انہوںنے فرمایا: ہاں! میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ محمدﷺ اللہ کے سچے رسول ہیں۔ اس کذاب نے کہا: میں بھی گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ محمد اللہ کے رسول ہیں۔ پھر اس نے پوچھا کیا تم گواہی دیتے ہو کہ مسیلمہ اللہ کا رسول ہے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا کہ میں تو یہ گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ مسیلمہ کذاب ہے۔ اس نے کہا: تم اگر یہ گواہی نہ دو گے تو میں تمہیں قتل کردوں گا۔
سچے عاشق رسولؐ نے فرمایا: تمہیں جو کچھ کرنا ہے کر لو‘ میں ہر گز یہ گواہی نہیں دوں گا۔ پھر اس نے حکم دیا کہ ان کا ایک ہاتھ کاٹ دیا جائے۔ ہاتھ کٹنے کے باوجود وہ اپنے موقف پر قائم رہے۔ پھر ان کا ایک پاؤں کاٹا گیا، مگر ان کے پائے استقامت میں لغزش نہ آئی۔ پھر دوسرا ہاتھ اور دوسرا پاؤں بھی یکے بعد دیگرے کاٹے گئے۔ امام ابن کثیرؒ کے الفاظ میں: انھیں ایک ایک عضو کاٹ کر شہید کیا گیا، مگر وہ اپنے موقف پر ثابت قدم رہے۔ (تفسیرابن کثیر، سورۃ النحل: آیت106)

Qaisar is more of an emotional driven person where he neglects a lot of important things that exist in our society whereas engineer is blunt and far sightedness.
