I really don't understand the roll at 7:00. I can't get the fabric to roll smoothly on my leg it either get in a tight bundle at my ankle if I lower my hips too low or get over my knee at the second roll

Thanks! You can always give it a go but having aerial space is much safer and nicer to do, which is why I had to switch to my longer hammock.
