U know mam i think too like you as you said, we should be go for patient safety and secure or satisfy to ownself that after worse condition pt doing well or not...first we have to provide safety first to the pt.... Thats why i chose strict bed rest,, next u can notify to physician... So physician go thorough with his order of ambulation,, on the basis of nurse explore about condtion......
