    I got my Master Pro V3 end of February, and I have over 800 miles on it now. I originally got it the same reason as you - to go on long, worry-free dream rides. As I kept riding and practiced with it, I got used to the weight, and now; surprisingly, I main this wheel. I can do tight turns, ride backwards in figure 8s, ride calmly at walking speeds, and yes, I can pendulum on the Master Pro V3 in all it's 127lbs of glory. I overcame the disadvantages, and kept the advantages. In the END, I can see why Begode called this wheel "Master Pro".

      I've always said that if you primarily only ride one wheel, you can become "one" with it and make it do anything you want. Your story is a perfect example of this. I'm always switching wheels so I tend not to have that experience. Glad you love the Master Pro even more than me :-)

    Very nice video, as usual. Just a piece of advice: when you stop on the side of the road to show us the lakes, don't put your wheel so close to the balustrade, you know, these things have a mind of their own and sometimes they decide to run down the hill... (I actually was a bit worried!) 😜

    I wish they could make A wheel that has the safety and build quality of the V13, with the Specifications of the Master Pro V3 and the Weight of the Lynx or V12...would be the perfect wheel

    • @yurievtv
      @yurievtv 2 месяца назад

      I don't know what's vital is thinking there is clearly an almost empty niche for 22-24 in wheel. MasterPro is good, but who in the world makes a long distance wheel that can die in the rain? Only Begode.

    Still getting snow here in Scotland too (57° North, to be fair -think Churchill midway up Hudson Bay 🥶) Maybe if Global warming isn’t a thing any more we could get a little money back off our taxes to spend on new wheels… 😂

    Great Video Marty! Thank you!
    Questions:
    1. Why you're using this new Leatt knees protection? They are somehow better than previous ones?
    2. The screen of your phone was turned on and recorded all the time, what about the battery consumption?
    3. The final stats are from which app?
    4. Which drone model are you using?

    • @ElectricUnicycles
      @ElectricUnicycles  2 месяца назад +1

      I saw the new Pro Leatt knee guards and wanted to try them. The strap system is so much better than what comes with the regular Leatt's. The phone screen is only left on while I'm recording the speed. Battery life isn't an issue. I use the Android GeoTracker (play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ilyabogdanovich.geotracker&pcampaignid=web_share) app to record all my rides (for about 7-years now). DJI Mini 4 Pro.

    What make of drone do you use and how do you get it to follow but avoid obstacles and also do some panning? Nice video. Old guy here (72 years old), with a V8F and getting an 18XL V2 (spiked pedals, semi-power pads) soon. I got to ride a V11 for a few minutes (chance encounter on bike trail). Weight could be an issue for transport in my Corvette.

    • @ElectricUnicycles
      @ElectricUnicycles  2 месяца назад

      DJI Mini 4 Pro.
      Yeah, having to transport an EUC in a Corvette will severely limit your choices 🙂

    • @rcgldr
      @rcgldr 2 месяца назад

      @@ElectricUnicycles - I haven't kept up with drone tech in a while (I do fly ratio control gliders), and wasn't aware that the mini's can track now. I got the 18XL V2 today. I use towels on the passenger seat for padding and rest the 18XL on it's side on the towels. There's no way to setup a ramp for the trunk due to the rear spoiler, and I don't want to strain my back. EUC is one of my hobbies, and I only ride 35 to 50 miles per month on paved bike trails, so the 18XL is enough for me.

    Guys, i have 3 options:
    Master pro v1 for 2700$
    Master pro v3 for 4200$
    Commander GT Pro + for 4300$
    ...i don't need speed higher than 55 mph... What can you suggest? Thanks in advance ❤❤❤
    I need only big battery from this wheel😊

    • @ElectricUnicycles
      @ElectricUnicycles  2 месяца назад +1

      It's an opinion, but I continue to ride my Master Pro V1 with zero issues. Love it. Obviously newer is better but at $2700 that's an absolute steal IMO. The Commander GT Pro Plus may be a viable option but it's not available, and also, $$$.
