I agree as well. I feel like our forecasting models are not serving us well with the changing climate and meteorologists keep getting “caught off guard” by rapid intensification in the Gulf.

They have already issued watches on the Texas coast, and the Emergency Management Agency in Texas has issued a preliminary advisory for forty counties in the state. Most of those counties are in south Texas up to Corpus Christi
Beryl will strengthen overnight by noon on Saturday, i think she'll explode again.

If it does and it starts heading north, my neighborhood, in west side of Houston will be right in the eye and eye wall, and I’m abroad too 😭
The Euro showing that high has me extremely worried. And with the ICON showing cat 4 on landfall, it is terrifying. Hopefully, this doesn't happen, but I am apprehensive that something powerful is about to hit.
Good evening Mitch. I had to check in to see about impact to the US. Of course all affected need prayers. In San Diego people act like they're in Hades when it hits 80. I bite my tongue so as not to say, "you should look at the weather elsewhere." Yet I want them to look at your channel.

I've been a weather geek my entire life. I even taught myself how to read soundings and hodos! I love weather.
I am still not good at reading soundings. That is something I have a lot of learning to do. Only know the basics of them.

This kinda reminds me of hurricane Rita in the aspect of how consistent the cone was for central and upper Texas coast then lo’ and behold it ended up around lake Charles, what I see here is it could end up in Houston despite the cone heading to Mexico and south Texas for the longest
I think it's headed to the Texas & Louisiana borders and barrel on up North/ Northeast..

If it hits Texas, i would rather it be Galveston. That way my daughter and her family would be on the left of the eye. But it looks like it may hit them just a lot head on. She’s in Angleton.

Hey, Mitch. I wish I could give you our rain here in Jacksonville, FL. It’s rained just about every day for about a month. We even had a confirmed tornado in a general thunderstorm risk.😮
There was a tornado in Jacksonville in front of my friends store the forgotten toybox. The tornado flipped a car a few times and lifted the room to his store with the severe thunderstorm! I live right over the border in St Marys GA and have a toy store! It's my worst fear!

9:58 it's wind shear. Idk how long it will last but it seems to actually be doing a number on the core of the system (as of 3am central).

Not liking what I am seeing the trend on Beryl. If it stays longer in the Gulf of Mexico with more northern turn with a direct hit on Texas, could be a catastrophic hurricane. Major hurricane with shear going away is not a good sign at all. What worries me is rapid intensification.

I had a dream several weeks ago Florida was flooding and there were attacks happening too and there were also fire works going off in the sky. Then God led me to Ezekiel to the part about the rainbow and pride month was last month. I can't believe it's name is BERYL cuz that's in Ezekiel.
