  • It is a festive season and a time of happiness and sharing however Amina’s situation calls for immediate attention.
Through friends’ and fans support I was able to take her son(Najib) to a hospital and he is now on medication and his progress has been positive and I am grateful to everyone for their support.
I went to visit Amina and her kids and I discovered that they are now in fear because they might soon be evicted because the house they had rented was built on a road reserve whose construction starts early next year.
I took a keen interest in how Amina has raised her kids despite the hardship, my heart melted. Her daughter lives with sickle cell anemia and taking care of her in Korogocho is more than an average task. Before moving into their current home they had been chased away from several houses because the two children require special attention especially use of toilets due to their different forms of disabilities. Amina created a makeshift toilet where the children relieved themselves. She would later dispose the feacal matter. This didn’t sit well with neighbors due to the odor from the makeshift toilet.
I feel like you and I can change their situation by getting them a new home and I have asked around for a good house in Korogocho and I feel instead of renting I would love to buy her a home.
The houses are being sold for Ksh150,000 and the construction will cost Ksh 300,000.
I will share you all a detailed document of the cost of putting up the house.
With your support, I believe the above plan is achievable. Paybill 4032483 Thanks
