A re-treatment of the mandibular right second molar (#47) was performed. The diagnosis is as follows:
Dx) Pulpal: Previously treated
Apical: Symptomatic apical periodontitis
Second Day
The following steps were performed:
01 Removal of temporary sealing material
02 Confirmation of working length
03 Fitting of 04 taper GP cone
04 PUI with EndoSonic Blue 2
05 Soaking in 6% NaOCl for 10 minutes
06 Drying
07 Application of bioceramic sealer
08 Root canal obturation
09 Removal of old core material and caries
10 Bonding and resin core placement
Passing on the knowledge. I'm combining the knowledge and the technique I have learnt from others, and I have not created anything on the video.

늘 좋은 영상 감사 드립니다 원장님. Cone fit을 NaOCl soacking 상태에서 확인하시면, GP로 밀어넣을 때 NaOCl이 apical로 넘어가서 통증이 발생하는 경우는 없으셨나요?

제가 GP cone으로 펌핑하는 게 아니고 슬쩍 넣어보는 것이기 때문애 별문제없지 싶습니다. 그래도 걱정이 되신다면 saline 또는 EDTA가 근관에 있는 상태에서 cone fit을 하시면 될 것 같습니다. 출처는 기억이 안 나는데 근관이 건조된 상태에서 cone fit을 하면 마찰력 때문에 GP가 끝까지 안 들어갈 수 있다는 글을 봐서 항상 근관에 액체가 있는 상태에서 cone fit을 하고 있습니다.감사합니다.
