Maam ask ko po kung kukuhanin namin ung questions sa SOP or gagawa po kami ng sariling questions na base po sa SOP?
Hi ma'am i have big problem po hope na mabasa niyo po ito
Nasa chapter 3 na po kasi kami which is result na po and our survey questionnaire po is inadopt lang po but yung choices po nun ay hindi po nila inadopt (ng mga groupmates ko po) so nagbago po yung choices naging 5 choices po siya [strong disagree (1points), disagree(2points), neutral(3points), agree(4points), and strong agree(5points)] INSTEAD na dapat 4 choices [not at all(0point),mild(1point), moderate(2points), severe (3points)] kasi ayun po nakalagay sa inadopt po namin na questionnaire so sabi po ng teacher namin sundan po namin yung sources namin kung ano interpretation dun pag dating sa scoring so ang nakalagay po duon
0-21 low
22-35 moderate
36-above severe
Ang problem ko po ma'am is yung sa points sobra sobra na yung points
And ask ko po if may ganito po bang cases pwede ko po pa iadjust si interpretation po ng sources namin and yung points na naka indicate sa choices na ginawa po namin?
The scaling is not a problem, mas recommended nga yung 1-5 na scaling.. Pagdating sa interpretation, gagamit ng range of means.. i-compute ang mean sa bawat item...

Hi po maam medyo nalilito po ako kung paano gumawang qustionnaire since may given template yung teacher namin, ilang questionnaire po ba ang gagawin?and another problem is that yung mga ka group ko halos walang pakialam dahil ako lang ng ako ang gumagawa ng aming activity or project, kahit nga po title ako nag isip at nag pa approve.

Not so sure pero may nabasa akong study that uses 2 references for the research instrument
Miss, pwede po ba baguhin ung item mula sa inadopt na questionnaire kasi may mga items mula sa original na hindi tugma sa hinahanap namin
yes pwede i-modify ang questionnaire pero you have to undergo validation of your modified questionnaire, then pilot test to determine cronbach alpha

Yung may Part I and Part II, those are the variables... under each variable, may A, B,C,..., those are the indicators.

Ma'am hello po. Ma'am hinahanapan ako ng standardized questionnaire. Di ko na talaga gets, naka ilang pass na ako, binabalik.
yung questionnaire na published na, ginawa ng experts and has been tested for reliability and validity... you can look for them online sa mga published studies in journals, usually nasa appendices

student ko po, ginamit ko as a sample kaya nilagay ko for credits pero you cannot use that in your own study kasi hindi po ito published.

Sa quantitative research for SHS students, you need to look for a questionnaire that is already validated and used by experts (researchers)... Most of the questionnaires they use have indicators aka constructs/dimensions.

open/download ang study then hanapin nyo po ang questionnaire usually nasa appendices po sa last page
What do you mean by modified questionnaire po?
It is an adapted questionnaire, meaning it is already an existing questionnaire used by other researchers, we download it and get permission from the author to use it for our study. Some items are modified (edited) to contextualize the current setting.
