The man is there to be showcased, but never upstages his co-performers by taking over the piece with endless fills. From an audio standpoint he provides exactly what the song requires from a drummer: a steady groove, in the pocket, perfect time, adjusting the intensity and leading into the changes. Even his visual routine matches the highs and lows of the song. The man is a true professional and sets his ego aside.

@@Mike-uf6ps Thanks! Great band, killer sax player. Too bad the camera person didn’t show the soloist for at least a few seconds! But it was very cool that Steve Moore toned down his visual show during the solos. Then after the guitar he was immediately back in windmill mode - what a pro!
