I like the UTG and have recently took gains but will watch for pullback to add it again. I also like RQI and UTF. Thanks

I know a lot of people who buy and sell CEFs based on the premium/discounts. Best of luck. UTF and RQI are great, but I like Rfi more since there is no leverage. Thanks for watching!

I have been looking to UTG for past month. Is it good idea to DCA into it ?

I would say so, as long as it fits your risk profile. It has been a steady income source for many years and they raise the payout over time too.

I like RNP as it's a mix of real estate and preferreds. Two in one, if you will. But they do use leverage.

@@international_dividend nice. That expense ratio is quite high. Hope it goes down with the lower interest rates coming. Do you know why it is selling at a premium lately? Seems like it is usually at a discount.

@@DividendStockpile Both the price and premium shot up in recent months, and I stopped buying as it looks expensive. I think all the talk of interest rate cuts made it more attractive to income investors and they drove the price up and turned a discount to premium. I can't think of anything else.
I really want to buy UTG, but feel I missed the jump in point.
