I have always rated KLM for customer service.

Yes it was a great flight ! But it was cloudy when I arrived at Schiphol but 3 hours after it was sunny for a beautiful takeoff on runway 36L !

How the hell was this route rerouted comming from Luxemburg towards Tilburg-Utrecht-Ams to Brielle-Heemskerk-Ams ? This is not he standard flighttoute !
