Neighbours explain how Cleo Smith was found by police in a Carnarvon home | 7NEWS

Neighbours have described to 7NEWS how they saw Cleo Smith sitting in a police car after she was removed from home in the Western Australian town of Carnarvon.
The four-year-old girl went missing in outback Western Australia over two weeks, and was found alive by police this morning.
Police say they broke their way into a locked house in Carnarvon to find her in one of the rooms.
WA Police Deputy Commissioner Col Blanch says one of the officers picked her up and asked her ‘what’s your name?’
A man from Carnarvon is in police custody and is being questioned by detectives.
