It looks AMAZING! I am in awe of your inkwork ... and now your facility with watercolor. Magical!!
@@eileengavinlarsen4509 Thank you very much😊
The little pop of colour really adds a touch of life to your style! Reminds me of long grass or swaying kelp.
woah magnifique, tellement de potentiel...de possibilités...continue à fond!!!!
Merci beaucoup :)
Absolutely beautiful. Love your squiggly organic pattern!

Beautiful art. You make it look so easy. Thanks for sharing.
Lovely! You merged the two artforms beautifully.
This is mesmerizing 😍
This can’t be happening. 😮😮
Beyond an ordinary art. Bravo. I subscribed in the first few minutes.❤❤
Thank you very much 😊
If that was just a humble "attempt", It's going to be real interesting to see what happens when you take the attempt out of the equation.
Whew! That’s the craziest cool
Magnifique 😮😍
Merci :)
I love it!
That's Rad!!!
Amazing work, as always. I was wondering something: without the colors, you draw freely on paper "without a plan"; How do you feel having a paint layout first impact your inking? Is it restricting you a lot or can you find a similar degree of freedom in the process?
Thanks :) I think I have to be a little more focused than with the usual drawings, but it's a different kind of freedom... I really love both technics, I only have to practice watercolor more to get used to it👍
@@gris_bouillisFascinating! I do Zentangle, and usually I draw first and add color after, often with watercolor pencils. Sometimes I draw with colored pens. I know quite a few tanglers will put watercolor or other color down first, and tangle over it after. It’s just usually not so detailed as your watercolor under painting.
Thanks for sharing your process!
Dude just found your RUclips channel and it's really inspiring to see other illustrators doing similar abstract designs. Do you mind if I ask you when you started on RUclips? 4.6K subscribers is already awesome, congrats 🥳 I have a RUclips channel called Jonalexher Studio and I was thinking of making a similar channel with abstract designs and some character illustration too but I still haven't started uploading consistently there. Subbed to your channel man, keep it up 🍻
Thanks :) I started last winter ! That's great I'll check out your work👍
What brand of pen are you using?
For this one I used a Faber-Castell S (0.3mm)
@@gris_bouillisis that one water resistant/proof? I use mostly the Sakura Pigma Microns in an 01 size. They are great waterproof pens for this kind of meditating drawing/doodling. They come in a variety of colors as well, and many nib sizes and styles. They work well with mixed media like this because the pigment stays on top of the paper, primarily, and they are waterproof. So you can add watercolor or ink either over or under it.
Thanks for sharing your process and tools!
@@DawnDavidson That's very good to know, thanks ! I must try it :)
