Nope it's not just you. Lubo contacted the creators of Gacha plus and requested the app be taken down so it's no longer on play store. It is still available on itch. Io as a mod!

Thanks so much! before seeing this video I had simply assumed that my dreams fabricated the game because I was waiting for Beowulfs gacha designer game to come out for so long. Can't wait for that game come out! And I don't think Luni will have anything he can take it down for because the qualities in Beowulfs version are 90% custom other than the 10% that is inspired by Luni's game.
