- Hey loves! I have a new storytime for you! A funny lesson learning story time lol. Sometimes we think were alone in doing searches and remedies for getting bigger boobs or a bigger butt. I work for an Ayurvedic (traditional Eastern medicine) company and we have digestive tea. For me I don’t expect tea or pills to fix everything and I let people know this. I'm with you girl, I had 3 by the time I was 19, all 2 years apart almost to the date(all September babies).. I love them all so so much though, but I do wish I would have had somebody to help me grow up first. I had my grandma and uncle but they couldn't replace or fix the dysfunction my mom had caused..
It was like I was DESPERATE for a sense of normalcy and family, unfortunately I didn't realize that it didn't work like that and it wasn't that easy.. It does make me more thankful for having it now though.

Fortunately I was blessed with an hourglass body, but after two kids and two postpartum depressions. An emotional disorder, depression and anxiety, I’ve gone up and down on my weight I’ve messed up my body and metabolism. And I do wish I listened to my suegra about my faja, but I was a rebel and now regret it, 😢.
Girllll…I am a certified consumer sucker…well I was. In my 20’s and early 30’s I ate up any and every diet pill that came out and all it did was jack up my stomach lining where now I have serious stomach issues…the best way to look your best and in turn feel your best is to exercise and eat clean. I had to learn that the hard way.

I was naive too at a young age. What helped me was exercising my chest muscles and the fact that I had 4 babies. Every birth gave me an extra cup size….BUT it’s not what you think! I have side boobs too and those are hard for me to get rid of.
The girls aren’t as perky and my cute blouses don’t fit the same. 😩

I gained a lot of weight and went from a C to a G cup💔 I would pay anything for somebody to take half 😔 I’m completely against plastic surgery and was still thinking about a breast reduction until I found out that they take your nipple off and put it back on. 9:14 80% =food 10%= exercise moving walking dancing whatever 10%= good resting periods.
Muscle aching is perfect to build up the broken muscle but only do as much as your body can handle without to much damage & recovery time, so just a day of no strength but still cardio nd toning, walking etc. Or do a light weight exercise, the weight doesn’t do much but shorten nd tighten the muscle which in the end will hinder you as you won’t be able to move properly. It’s abt being consistent because a 1kg everyday does plenty of toning nd muscle buildup

I didn't grow up with money and I always wanted expensive clothes so I bought what I thought was a name brand shit for $60 it looked like it was breaking apart but I wanted to believe so bad because everything else was too expensive I held on to broke shirt for too long Now name I couldn't care less about the brand as long as quality is well done. In high school there was a ‘thing’ going around with all the girls that eating a bunch of plain white bread each day would make your tata’s and booty bigger… when I tell you alllll of us girls were eating LOAFS of bunny bread like it was nothing. It didn’t work for any of us besides some girls were complaining about weight gain but still no boobies or booty so I guess them carbs were going to all the places they didn’t want🥲

My ex blocked me after using me. We’re in a toxic cycle but this time feels different. I don’t think he will be back. I’m in denial. Idk what to do with myself. He used me and dumped me and said he never meant anything.
9:14 target the area’s you want & do only light chest so they firm up but don’t lose fat volume. Cardio burns off calories you need so do cardio to warmup & get the heart rate going. Strength exercise muscle up & tone up by target exercise lose fat on the healthy way, because losing calories means more then extra fat storage for back up energy. Meaning by only cardio you lose energy via the lost calories you need so anything you eat is automatically stored as fat. Which is why folks don’t really lose weight nor see good / fast results. Keep eating whatever you want in small quantities, a portion should be a closed fist size x8 meals a day & snacks in between meals. Food is energy so eat more store less unwanted fats.
After my fists son at 17 I tried the fat burner pills. Tuck them for a few days felt headache and a lil too hyper on them. Never again did I buy them didn’t even finish the bottle. 😂
Honestly and I don't mean this to offend you in any way please don't take it like that but by getting pregnant so young you stunted your body's development because as you get older a lot of girls don't develop especially Hispanic girls don't fully develop their breasts until they're 17 to 25 I know this because I've got lots of cousins lots of sisters and I developed extremely young but the rest of the family didn't develop until they were in their late teens early twenties and it just came out of nowhere but by getting pregnant so young you probably could have gotten bigger breasts naturally on your own maybe not like big honking but you know what I mean Hispanic girls tend to be a little curvy

Yeah, the only thing I use are those teas. I like em low key because they clear my belly out real good. I use to use coffee like that but Im cutting back on my caffeine intake and drinking more water, but those tea, Ill drink one like every 3-4 days between and itll make me feel less bloated for sure.
3 babies at 17 is crazy to me lol .. Girl, I had my first one at 18, and it was hard with one as it is. I’m now 27 and have 4. They’re 9, 3, 4, and 4 1/2 months. So props to you girl! I couldn’t have😂, it’s already hard as it is at this age even with the help of my husband. I can’t imagine 3 at 17😭. I’m done though, lol we have 2 and 2, that’s way more than enough for us. Also, I think it’s the opposite for me lol.. as much as I workout, my stomach is the first to go.. and my boobs stay the same. I want to shrink them soooooo bad! I have pretty big boobies for my height (5’1” and I’m like a 36DD.. tmi?😂) 😑😭. I hate them lol but any surgery in general scares me!!!! So I refuse to go under the knife for reduction! Hate that I can’t wear crop tops and cute shirts comfortably😂.
Bee pollen is good for allergies. Daily intake for a few months will cure allergies for approximately a year

But then i saw this Video that said Avocados Help Your Boobs Lift and plump So I tried It Everday for 2 months eating Avocados When I tell You it Worked IT WORKED! I Got my Boobs Back Everything Was Cool. The Moment I Stopped They Went Back Down 😭.

Aww man I didn’t get the glimpse of big boobies. I stayed small lol I was like what the heck, why aren’t mine growing. I couldn’t produce any milk. I was hoping we’ll maybe once the baby is here my body will kick in to milk mood. Nope. I had to bottle feed, nothing wrong with it, just missed out on the big boobies and having this bonding moment you hear about.

I cant relate with my boobs because I dont have kids but with trying to grow my 4c hair. I would try vitamins, oils, aloe vera leaf, and rice water. I would watch all these video of girls that would grow long hair to the back in a year. It did help to thicken my hair and grow but it wasnt a big change. I just detangle it and braid it. I used to be so obsessed but just learn to appreciate it the way it is ❤
