How you connect unbalanced signal in single Xlr balanced because XLR input is single channel (Left - balance,Right - balance) When trs connect mobile it will unbalanced signal.. Should be it connected 2 Xlr....otherwise 2 hot will going 1 channel.....

Muy mal ese cable en primer lugar esta mal aplicado por que no se logra un espectro estereo en la música del dispositivo en ese caso devio de utilazar dos xlr para lograr una salida de audio estereo utilazando dos canales de la mesa de meaclas ya que contaba con un cable duplex ya que no tiene caso la encimadera de cables asi como elaboró el cable solo logra una salida de audio monofonica y si escucha esta sacando una señal totalmente rota por la alta impedancia que le esta mandando al canal ahora existe el peligro de activar el power phanton y adios dispositivo recuerden que por eso tenemos las salidas de linea para plug las cuales son las indicadas para esa funcion y la gente que ignora sobre este tema le compra la idea que mal
