umm, i met this guy and on the first day we met he intro himself and his smile was breathtaking and we were extremely close and two weeks before he went back he told me that he's going back and we hugged for the last time and we both cried as i actually loved him like how he did to me and every second of the day we are with each other but i remember i gave him a candy on the last day saying "here, remember me , okay?" and we smiled to each other for the last time and good thing that our friend group (three guys including him and me ) were hugging and crying while seeing him walk away but good thing, one year later he came back and saw us and took photos and hugged but after that the two boys have been asking me about him since he havent came back but ive been lying to them and breaking my own heart trying to tell myself he will come back to us but he hast since and im scared he is not going to come back as we are going to high school and leaving the school so hopefully he will come back ...

Sameee. It's so rare to see Nina got emotional cause she always potrays the ah lian and even in podcast she's always playful. It really shows how the break up took a toll on her, how serious she was in that relationship, and how hurt she was because it didn't work out.
Nina feels and cares so deeply for the people around her, genuinely hope someday she'll find a partner who grows with her.

The sad thing about Nina's story is that sometimes you can try as hard as you can and the relationship still won't work out. I'm sure the guy wasn't perfect all the time but overall he sounded like nina thought he was a keeper but it still ended rather sadly. It probably wasn't the right time for nina and the scary thing is you never know if it will be the right time.

From their messages it is clear that Ryan feels no remorse and doesn't give a shit about her. So to all the people facing a break up now or in the future,dont be to fixated on the past. Reflect on what went wrong and improve on yourself! Thats how we get better :)

Totally can relate to what Nina said about changes. Man consistenly afraid of changes and thats why we experience pain and hurt after a breakup. Tbh, each relationship will teach us something and it depends on us how to convert it to become a positive lesson.
