I had been trying to figure out the timeframe of EG since two years ago based on two things: 1: The Rainbow Rocks audio commentary mentions that 'six moons' had passed since the Fall Formal. 2: IDW's EG 2014 Holiday special takes place during the Christmas season right after Rainbow Rocks. Based on that, this is the timeframe I've come up with (so far during the HuMane 7's junior year): Equestria Girls: September Rainbow Rocks: Early December Friendship Games: February Legend of Everfree: Late April (since Filthy Rich mentions 'the end of the month' as the foreclosure deadline). The 'magic' specials: Mid-May (possibly near the end of school term before summer vacation) That line of logic could also mean that 1 month = 2 'moons'
You're the first person I've seen comment on the design of Pinkie's chocolate castle. As for the ears and wings thing, I guess anyone watching would just think they're fancy costumes. The ears would even make sense to anyone who was familiar with CHS's whole Wondercolt deal. The wings... are just generally cool I guess?

I mean it makes sense that Applejack and Pinkie Pie only have the tails and ears since their Equestrian counter parts are earth ponies. But for Rarity and Sunset, their Equestrian counter parts are unicorns, yet they only have tails and ears. See what I mean?
Been a while since I last watched this. And now that I watch it again, I caught something that I hadn't before. In the special when Sci-Twi and Rarity are at Crystal Prep, Rarity says that they're in the dance studio and Sci-Twi says "there's a dance studio?" Then Rarity asks "didn't you go to this school?", to which Sci-Twi replies "well, I could show you where the library is." However, in Friendship Games, when Sci-Twi is singing her song, What More Is Out There, the first couple lines are "I've walked through all these halls before. I've been in and out of every door, oh-whoa." So if Sci-Twi had been in and out of every door, then how did she not know about the dance studio? I know it doesn't really matter at this point, since the series has been over for a bit, but the thought literally just come to me.

There was a hint at the timeline in Legend of everfree that confirmed Fall Formal, Battle of the Bands and Friendship Game as well Legend of everfree took place within one year. I think dance magic is summer still.

Hoping for a series as well. With maybe crossover potential with Friendship is Magic if the original series stays around. Kind of like the Star trek series, Stargate series, and NCIS series where characters from the other series would appear in the other ones. Who wouldn't like to see the Shadow bolts appear in Equestria somewhere down the line. Or the for the Dazzlings to make a return there. Or having Sunset appear on the original series.
Plus, I would love to see a human characters reaction to being turned into a pony. And trying to adapt. We have already seen it go the one way with Twilight becoming human. Why not the other way?
And of course the inevitable meeting between the human version of the mane six and the pony version of the mane six. Seriously, they must at least be toying with that idea. Too much humor there for it not to happen. Not to mention they could have a threat come over from the human world for once instead of the other way around.
Another great video, Sir! I thought the specials were amusing. I don't know why they had to pony-up in the dance video, it seemed really weird, but I suppose they had to include those forms for...reasons... It does seem like these episodes are meant to test out the reception to a possible spinoff television series. I don't know how I feel about that, mainly because I'm waiting for Sunset to go back to Equestria and mend things with Princess Celestia. I suspect all the magic is leaking into the human world because Sunset is still there and magical events won't stop happening until she returns to Equestria. So, I'm really hoping for a movie to address that where she returns back to Ponyville, patches things up with Celestia, and is able to live there again and become friends with the Mane 7 (making them the Mane 8 I guess? Wow.). But I suppose something like is better suited for a finale to wrap up E.G. I still think it needs to happen. I'm not against a possible series. Just want Sunset to eventually return back to her home in Equestria, because I don't think the human world will return to a state of normalcy until she finally goes back and stop the disruption. Rarity told the Shadowbolts her plans for the music video competition at the mall, malls have audio and video surveillance, Rarity could have threatened to tell the judges of the competition that during her visit to the mall to get ideas to earn money for Camp Everfree, upon hearing about the competition and getting the idea for it she ran into the Shadowbolts and told them her idea. There would be video footage and audio recordings of the entire event as well as when the Shadowbolts practiced their first routine of the stolen idea right at the same mall. This could be used against them because clearly after taking the idea and getting the outfits they started practicing the idea to use for the competition. By allowing the judges to view this footage and voice recordings from the security of the mall, the judges could and most likely would disqualify the Shadowbolts from competing thus allowing Rarity and the Rainbooms to win the competition unopposed.

CONSTRUCTIVE CRITISISM First let me say I love your reaction. They are always over the top, very funny, and Red Bull fueled. I think the one thing that needs work are your commentary sections at the end. Now I'm not talking about your thoughts and opinions, cause I think you do bring up some good points. Yeah, you're not the first to have noticed that, and you're right. I don't think I used to do a complete play by play recap like that, just somehow fell into a rut. The way my thought process works, I like to go over everything and explain things in detail, and it's often too easy to let too many insignificant details get in the way of getting to the point. Been a while since I last watched this. And now that I watch it again, I caught something that I hadn't before.
In the special when Sci-Twi and Rarity are at Crystal Prep, Rarity says that they're in the dance studio and Sci-Twi says "there's a dance studio?" Then Rarity asks "didn't you go to this school?", to which Sci-Twi replies "well, I could show you where the library is."
However, in Friendship Games, when Sci-Twi is singing her song, What More Is Out There, the first couple lines are "I've walked through all these halls before. I've been in and out of every door, oh-whoa."
So if Sci-Twi had been in and out of every door, then how did she not know about the dance studio?
I know it doesn't really matter at this point, since the series has been over for a bit, but the thought literally just come to me.
ohh I didnt notice that! it must have been just for the songs lyrics to fit the melody lol. since i am commenting i may as well say my opinion on this special, I dislike the fact sci-twi didnt get an apology from the crystal prep gang after the way they treated her during the friendship games. She deserved a proper apology and Its strange to me that twilight seems so normal around them. (maybe they apologized somewhere else im not sure)

I hate the way Rarity ‘comforts’ Fluttershy when she says she can’t do a triple pirouette. It sounds like some boss in a sitcom trying to be super sweet to take advantage of the income. Yeah, Rarity will use darling, but the double use of darling and the tone made it sound a lot less genuine.

There was a hint at the timeline in Legend of everfree that confirmed Fall Formal, Battle of the Bands and Friendship Game as well Legend of everfree took place within one year. I think dance magic is summer still.

Hoping for a series as well. With maybe crossover potential with Friendship is Magic if the original series stays around. Kind of like the Star trek series, Stargate series, and NCIS series where characters from the other series would appear in the other ones. Who wouldn't like to see the Shadow bolts appear in Equestria somewhere down the line. Or the for the Dazzlings to make a return there. Or having Sunset appear on the original series.

It does seem like these episodes are meant to test out the reception to a possible spinoff television series. I don't know how I feel about that, mainly because I'm waiting for Sunset to go back to Equestria and mend things with Princess Celestia. I suspect all the magic is leaking into the human world because Sunset is still there and magical events won't stop happening until she returns to Equestria. So, I'm really hoping for a movie to address that where she returns back to Ponyville, patches things up with Celestia, and is able to live there again and become friends with the Mane 7 (making them the Mane 8 I guess? Wow.). But I suppose something like is better suited for a finale to wrap up E.G. I still think it needs to happen. I'm not against a possible series. Just want Sunset to eventually return back to her home in Equestria, because I don't think the human world will return to a state of normalcy until she finally goes back and stop the disruption.

Rarity told the Shadowbolts her plans for the music video competition at the mall, malls have audio and video surveillance, Rarity could have threatened to tell the judges of the competition that during her visit to the mall to get ideas to earn money for Camp Everfree, upon hearing about the competition and getting the idea for it she ran into the Shadowbolts and told them her idea. There would be video footage and audio recordings of the entire event as well as when the Shadowbolts practiced their first routine of the stolen idea right at the same mall. This could be used against them because clearly after taking the idea and getting the outfits they started practicing the idea to use for the competition. By allowing the judges to view this footage and voice recordings from the security of the mall, the judges could and most likely would disqualify the Shadowbolts from competing thus allowing Rarity and the Rainbooms to win the competition unopposed.
There is a chance that a fan may get to wright one, but it's just a rumor.

Keep plushies clean? I don't, really. I've blasted them a bit with compressed air once or twice to try and blow the dust off, not sure if it really helped too much.
I used a lint roller but think the most dust is from moving him a lot. Btw how do you use compressed air?
I think to maintain the original intended timeframe of 'Dance Magic' the fundraiser should have been intended to raise money to go to Camp Everfree not to repair it.
CONSTRUCTIVE CRITISISM First let me say I love your reaction. They are always over the top, very funny, and Red Bull fueled. I think the one thing that needs work are your commentary sections at the end. Now I'm not talking about your thoughts and opinions, cause I think you do bring up some good points. But when you do your comments section you describe the episode and give a point by point recap of the events in it. We just watched the episode with you dude. Yeah, you're not the first to have noticed that, and you're right. I don't think I used to do a complete play by play recap like that, just somehow fell into a rut. The way my thought process works, I like to go over everything and explain things in detail, and it's often too easy to let too many insignificant details get in the way of getting to the point. Anyway, I tried to do better on the next couple, hope you enjoyed those more.

That Daybreaker was made by somebody in less than 48 hours after the episode aired, and put up for sale on Etsy. Literally my most expensive impulse buy ever, by several orders of magnitude. AJ is on that shelf because she fits there, and screw wings and horns, she's still a princess in my book. :D
