Signal on the left: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights with Dialight ball LEDs, a General Signals Type 2 electronic bell, a Safetran gate mechanism, and NEG LED gate lights.
Signal on the right: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights with Dialight ball LEDs, a General Signals Type 2 electronic bell, a Safetran gate mechanism, and NEG LED gate lights.
After catching the NERR in Donelson, I was able to get them again doing some switching at the Martha Music City Star station.
This crossing was also installed at around the same time as the rest of the signals along the NERR Mainline, though it appears to have come a bit later. As you can tell, these signals replaced a pair of crossbucks, one of which is still standing next to the eastbound signal, for some reason, with a faded yield sign. It's also possible these signals replaced some slightly older NERR signals (which would've been installed a couple of years prior), due to the NERR realigning their track in this area (more on that later). The Martha Station is located just south of this crossing. Наука

Did you scare the engineer lol? You walked kinda fast to the gate. You look so happy doing this. Great video
Thanks! Don't believe so.
Amazing video!! I really like that railroad crossing armed with a pair of my favorite bells, General Signals Type 2 E-bells; I also like the crossing lights and the fact that there is still an old crossbuck signal there too! Also I like the locomotives but what is the second one called? And what type of horn was that first one?
Thanks! Both are B40-8s.
Nice
Thanks!
Nice!
Thanks!
Awesome catch! Which year were these crossings installed?
Thanks! Not sure, but before 2007.
Why is there a crossbuck in front of the western signal?
Read the description.
That crossbuck with no lights won’t be there much longer.
It's been there for over 10 years. Around 10 years ago, the one on the other side still stood, but has since been removed.
Just a matter of time before that one is possibly scrapped to.
Nice
Thanks!
